Rift Watcher is an independent meta and reference site for Riftbound, Riot Games' League of Legends trading card game. This page explains where the numbers come from and how they are calculated.

A win rate is wins divided by games, with a draw counting as half a win: WR = (W + D/2) / (W + L + D). TopDeck reports each player's totals for the event, so byes are indistinguishable from wins and are counted as wins.
A legend's win rate is shown once it has at least 10 decks with results. A card's win rate is the record of every deck that ran it, so it is not a measure of the card on its own; when one legend supplies most of those decks the card page says so. Card win rates need at least 10 decks and show the deck count beside them.
S is above 55% win rate, A above 50%, B above 45%, C at or below. Legends with fewer than 20 decks in the window are listed as Unrated rather than ranked. Win rates include mirror matches, which pulls popular legends toward 50%.
On the meta page, a card's inclusion rate is the share of all decks in the window that ran it. On card tiles and card pages it is the share of decks whose legend could legally run the card (matching domains), which is the more useful number for a two-domain card.
Decklists, meta statistics and prices refresh every morning. Rules data is watched daily and ingested by hand when Riot publishes updates.
