Banned in Standard Constructed from 2026-09-18. Enables the Lux infinite combo that emerged in Unleashed. Play rate stayed low, but the combo promotes an unhealthy play pattern: limited windows of interaction and solitaire-style sequencing to execute it. Ekko both effectively grants an extra turn and recycles itself, and the infinites that enabled outweighed the benefit of a risky, exciting effect. Banning him should not affect most other Mind decks.
