When can I react to my opponent playing Fallen Feline to a battlefield? And how does naming a card work?
You can react to Fallen Feline's play effect before a spell is named — naming happens on resolution, and once it resolves, spells with that name can't be put on the chain (spells already on the chain are unaffected). When naming, you can't name something that doesn't exist in Riftbound, but you can identify a card by any unambiguous description, not just its exact name. Saying just "Kai'Sa" when multiple cards match doesn't name a card.
