If I play Dragon Form on a unit that has -1 Might from Stupefy, does my Fiora, Grand Duelist trigger?
No. Dragon Form sets base Might via the Trait-Altering layer, and layers (Trait-Altering, then Ability-Altering, then Arithmetic, where Stupefy's -1 applies) are evaluated instantaneously when the effect is applied. There is no moment where the unit is 5 Might before dropping to 4, so Fiora never sees a 5+ Might unit.
