Yes. Control of legends can't change, so it rarely comes up, but you do control your own legend, and Profiteer can disempower it.
My 11 Might Renekton, Brute is disempowered by my own Profiteer. Does his ability trigger when his Might changes?
No. "10 or more" is a state, and Renekton's trigger checks for the event of him becoming that state — his Might must previously have been below 10. If he stays at 10 or more throughout, he never "becomes" 10 or more, whether the change comes from an enemy Stupefy or from activating his own ability.
