414.1.

Drawing a card takes a single card from a zone and adds it to the player's Hand.

Unless specified otherwise, drawing takes cards from the top of the Main Deck.

This is a Limited Action.

Each player draws 1 during the Draw Phase on their turn.

414.2.b.

The player may draw cards when instructed to do so by other game effects.

414.3.

This action, when instructed, is formatted as "Draw X."

414.4.

If a player attempts to draw more cards than are available in their Main Deck, they do the following:

Draw as many as possible.

414.4.b.

Perform a Burn Out. See rule 432. Burn Out for more information.

Draw the remaining cards needed to complete the Draw action.

If a unit would be killed by Hidden Blade, but one of these cards replaces that unit's death, does the unit's controller still draw 2?

Yes. Hidden Blade attempts to kill a unit, then says that “its controller" draws 2. Even if the unit doesn't die, it's still on the board and information about its controller is still available, so that player draws 2. This is different from Baited Hook, which requests information about “the killed unit," and can't find any information if no unit was actually killed.

If I play Mobilize while I control Seraphic Wyvern and I only have one rune left in my Rune Deck, do I still draw a card?

No. Mobilize's "If you can't" refers only to the original channel action and the rune it was performed on. Seraphic Wyvern adds another rune to that channel, but the action Mobilize references was still performed, so you don't draw. The same goes for Catalyst of Aeons with Seraphic Wyvern on the board and only two runes left in your Rune Deck: you channeled 2 runes, so you don't draw 1, even though Seraphic Wyvern's extra rune couldn't be channeled (rule 359.3.e.14.c).
